Monthly Plans

​Club details:

• Age level: All clubs are individually labelled at the appropriate age range. Clubs range from Age 5 up to 16 years of age (YR 1 - YR 11). However, we can be flexible by age range which is dependant on Child's ability.

• Workshop duration: 12-week Terms, 6 Week Per Half Term.

​

• Craft focus: One main craft/textile Per Half Term.

​

• What we can offer: We guide children through a step-by-step approach to improve a skill or learn a new craft/art skill each week to produce a beautiful project which can be taken home at the end of each term. All children will learn in a safe environment with a qualified DBS-certified teacher.

Club pricing:

We strive to make our clubs affordable and flexible to all that join. All workshops are carefully crafted and high quality resources are used in each project.

​

• We offer a FREE TRIAL on your first workshop of the first term block.

• Individual workshops cost £15 each (the cost is spread over the year, as a monthly Membership scheme. The cost per month is £45 (minimum of 4 months commitment- equivalent to 1 term block).

• Sibling discount is available on the second crafter by 10% (no free trial permitted on the second crafter). For example: sibling crafters would pay for a membership of £40.50 monthly.

Total sessions: 36 weeks per year (school calendar term time)

Total cost for the year: £540 (£540 - £15 FREE TRIAL deducted = £525)

Monthly payment: £45 Per Month

(£632 per year for adult clubs at £51/m)

When you set up a direct debit Membership plan, your first payment will be taken out on the date of the month that you join. Adjustments will be made within the first month to new joiners half way through the term.

Membership scheme:​

All memberships are paid on a Monthly basis through our plan. This is to help you save the hassle to book on each time. Spreading the cost like this makes it more affordable over the course of the year. 

​

Minimum Membership: 

The minimum Membership is 4 months  commitment (which is two 6-week terms) to ensure your child completes the crafts for that term. Example: Term 1 -September to October (6 weeks) and Term 2 - November to December (6 weeks).

Notice Period and Cancellation:

​Per our Terms and Conditions, a 2-week written notice during term time is required for cancellations after completion of the first 4 months of commitment (1 term of 12 weeks of workshops). We will then cancel your direct debit and activate your notice period, which will end at the conclusion of the current term. ​If there is any remaining credit left, this will be refunded upon cancellation.
